The Philippines' First Circular, Data-Driven, and Sustainable Marketplace.
Not a concept. A tented market that has already run — stalls trading, riders working, and the exchange booth open beside them.
It all goes into one wallet.
Then you redeem it ten metres away.
Most markets leave you carrying the packaging home. Here it comes back to you as bXTRA Cashback — and so does what you spend, where the pop-up runs it.
① You spend
Where a pop-up runs cashback on cash, paying cash brings 2.5% back as bXTRA Cashback — at every stall in it.
② You recycle
Paper, plastic, metal, glass to the MBE-C booth — weighed, paid in points.
③ You redeem
Scan the stall's bXCODE, enter your PIN, redeem. Same day.
What you bring back lands in your wallet. So does what you spend, where the pop-up runs it. That wallet is redeemed in the same market.
Where it's running
Each pop-up carries its host's name. The engine underneath is the same one.

Undas 2026Aeternum Pop-up
30 October – 2 November 2026 · Undas
Heritage Park, Area 2 — the Aeternum park estate · opens in Google Maps
Find it in the bXTRA PH app under bXTRA Pop Up → Aeternum, or on the web at bxtra.ph/aeternum-2.
Here, cash simply pays for your food. Cashback is not earned on a cash payment at this pop-up — deliberately, because it keeps a cash sale completely free of charge for the stall, so more small vendors can afford to take one.
Ordering delivery is different. A PASUYO order always earns 2.5% cashback — cash on delivery included — because it runs on PASUYO's rail rather than the stall's counter.
Recyclables always earn, though. Bring them to the MBE-C booth and they are weighed into Environmental Points, which convert to bXTRA Cashback automatically — then redeem that at any stall here by scanning its bXCODE. Cashback you already have works the same way, and anything you do not redeem here keeps its value afterwards in the bXTRA PH app and on bxtra.ph.
It ran here last year
Four days, 30 October – 2 November 2025 — stalls trading, the exchange booth open beside them, and live music in the evening. This is the second run on the same ground, not a first attempt.

Your community next?
A pop-up can run anywhere there is space and a crowd — an estate, a barangay, a parish, a mall, an LGU event. We bring the tents' engine; you bring the people.
What we work out together: the space and its access, power, your own permits and house rules, the dates, and how many stalls the ground will take. Tell us what you have and we will tell you what fits.
Browse the stalls. Order from anywhere.
Every pop-up appears in the bXTRA PH app — four taps from the home screen to a rider at your gate.
- Open the app.
- Pick the pop-up.
- Browse the stalls.
- Order it to your gate — or scan a stall's bXCODE to eat in the tent.
Delivery runs within 10 km, and one basket can draw on several stalls at once. Prefer to eat in the tent? Scan the stall's bXCODE with the app's scan button instead. Stall hours apply, and what is available changes through the day.

Look for bXTRA PH by BeepXtra Philippines, Inc. No phone to spare? The same pop-up is on the web at bxtra.ph. Other apps use a similar name and are not ours.
The parts you don't have to build.
A pop-up looks like tents and tables. These four parts are what make it work — the community hosts it, bXTRA facilitates it.
bXCODE — the stall's QR
A pop-up bXCODE is issued on site and runs for the pop-up's dates only — a permanent bXTRA store keeps theirs for the length of its contract. One QR at the counter: the customer scans it with their own phone, and the sale is credited to the right stall at end-of-day settlement.
The bXTRA PH app — the loyalty program
bXTRA's part is the Loyalty Program. The app holds the shopper's bXTRA Cashback wallet, lists every pop-up under bXTRA Pop Up, shows which stalls are trading, and carries the scanner used to earn and redeem.
PASUYO for Business — the last mile
Food delivery, e-commerce and last-mile, on our own fleet rather than a third party's. Riders work the whole run, carrying orders up to 10 km. One customer can order from several stalls at once — many stalls, one order, one delivery — and it arrives together. Stalls are charged nothing for it, and the order always earns the customer 2.5% cashback — cash on delivery included, whatever the pop-up's counter setting is.
Trash to Cashback — the waste solution
The whole waste operation for the run, and the circular-economy half of the loop. At the My Basurero Eco-Community (MBE-C) booth, paper, plastic, metal and glass come in sorted, clean and dry, are weighed, and leave as Environmental Points that convert to bXTRA Cashback.
The hauling itself is My Basurero, BEST, Inc.'s private waste collection service — a licensed waste operation, not a recycling stand. E-waste is collected and properly disposed of. Food waste and ordinary residual waste are collected too — they earn no points, but nothing is left behind and nothing goes out mixed. Everything leaves properly. Only the recyclables pay you back.
Take it home: the My Basurero app
The booth packs up after four days. My Basurero is a waste pick-up service — the same trucks behind that booth, coming to your house.
What they will take away
How it works — tap through it
Those Environmental Points turn into bXTRA Cashback on their own — redeem it at any stall here by scanning its bXCODE.
Get it on Android · iOS · mybasurero.com.ph. Operated by BEST, Inc. — Basic Environmental Systems and Technologies, Inc.
A stall buys nothing and installs nothing — no terminal, no integration. The printed bXCODE is the whole setup, and we lend the stall a handset that receives an SMS confirming each completed bXCODE, so the stallholder sees the sale land without needing a phone or an app of their own.
Eat. Redeem. Recycle.
Bring an appetite and whatever's in your recycling bin.
Finding us
Look for the tents. The dates and the full address are at the top of this page.
You do not need the app to eat here. Pay cash at any stall and you are served like anywhere else. The app is only for earning cashback — on what you recycle, and on what you spend, where the pop-up runs it — and for redeeming what you already have.
This is the busiest the park gets all year. Come earlier in the day if you can, and please follow the park's own signage and traffic marshals once you're inside.
Does paying cash earn cashback?
It is set for the whole pop-up, not stall by stall. The community hosting it decides, and it is all or nothing: if this pop-up runs cashback on cash, every stall does, and if it does not, none do. So you never have to check stall by stall — one answer covers the whole market. Where it is off, cash is simply cash: nothing is added to your account.
Two things are true either way. Redeeming cashback you already have works at every stall — scan its bXCODE. And a PASUYO delivery order always earns 2.5%, cash on delivery included, because it runs on PASUYO's own rail rather than the stall's counter.
It does not expire when the tents come down. Whatever you do not redeem here stays in your bXTRA Ph wallet, and you redeem it afterwards at any bXTRA store — in the bXTRA PH app or on bxtra.ph. The stores in the screenshot above are real ones you can open right now.
The answer for this pop-up is on its card under Where it's running.
Before you come
Still being confirmed: opening hours, the stall line-up and entry details are set closer to the date. Ask us on the form below and we will tell you what is fixed so far — we would rather say "not yet" than guess.
How to redeem your bXTRA Cashback
- Open the bXTRA PH app and scan the stall's bXCODE.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN.
- Redeem on the spot.
Earning it when you pay cash — where this pop-up runs cashback on cash
- Scan the stall's bXCODE.
- Snap a photo of your receipt.
- The stall approves it, and the cashback lands in your wallet.
Look for the bXCODE. A stall showing one redeems bXTRA Cashback. It's the quickest way to tell at a glance.
Forgot your card? Give the email address you registered with. bXTRA Cashback cannot be combined with senior citizen, PWD or other store discounts, and points expire five years from earning.
Check your balance before you order
Full payment only. Your bXTRA Cashback has to cover the whole purchase — there's no splitting it with cash. If you're short, just pay cash for the lot (and earn 2.5% back on it, if this pop-up runs cashback on cash).
A little short? The MBE-C booth is right there. Hand over your recyclables, get Environmental Points, and they convert to bXTRA Cashback on the spot.
Check my balance Find a nearby MBE-C Balance opens bxtra.ph, where you sign in — or open BCB Wallet in the bXTRA PH app. The directory lists every MBE-C exchange point, so you can keep earning after the tents come down. We never ask for your password on this page.
What the My Basurero (MBE-C) booth takes
Paper · plastic · metal · glass. Those four earn points — sorted, and clean and dry. A wet or greasy bag cannot be taken. They are weighed on the spot and become Environmental Points, which convert to bXTRA Cashback automatically.
Points are earned per kilogram, at rates posted at the booth.
Don't queue here with food scraps expecting points. Food waste and ordinary residual waste are collected and properly disposed of by Trash to Cashback — as is your e-waste — but they earn nothing. Everything leaves properly. Only the recyclables pay you back.
Can't make it? Order anyway
PASUYO delivers from the stalls — up to 10 km, with our own riders. However many stalls are trading, you can put several of them in one order — different brands, different food — and it arrives together, in one delivery.
Every delivery order earns 2.5% cashback — always, cash on delivery included, into the same bXTRA Ph wallet you redeem with at the stalls. That holds even at a pop-up where paying at the counter earns nothing: delivery runs on PASUYO's own rail, not the stall's.
No app to hand? Order on the web at bxtra.ph — and every pop-up currently running is listed at bxtra.ph/bxtra-pop-up.
Sell to the market. And to everyone within 10 km.
You cook. We bring you customers who already have bXTRA Cashback to redeem, riders who take your food further than the tent, and someone else handling the waste.
- Customers with bXTRA Cashback to redeem — already in their wallet, looking for a stall that takes it.
- Online orders through PASUYO at ₱0 — our riders, up to 10 km, no delivery charge to you, as long as you set aside dedicated inventory for the platform. One customer can order across several stalls at once and it goes out as a single delivery, so a small stall reaches a basket it would not have filled alone.
- Your own bXCODE, for the run — the QR at your counter. Every stall trading here takes bXTRA Cashback; that is part of being in the market, not a choice you make. It is issued on site and is valid for the pop-up's dates only. Customers scan it to redeem, and it's how each sale is credited to you.
- A handset, lent to you for the run — it receives an SMS confirming every completed bXCODE, so you see each sale land at the counter as it happens. You bring nothing and buy nothing; it goes back when the tents come down.
- Waste handled. Recyclables exchanged at the booth; food waste, residual waste and e-waste collected and properly disposed of. Not your problem.
Two different things, and it matters which is which.
1 · A stall fee, paid to us. It buys you the tent and the position. bXTRA Ph Pop-up organizes the run — that is what this service is — so the stall fee comes to us, whether the host community hired us for the run or we financed it ourselves. It is quoted per pop-up, against the size and length of the run: there is no standard rate, and you are told the number before you commit.
2 · Everything on bXTRA's side is charged only when you sell. No joining fee, no recurring charge, no store onboarding: a bXCODE is issued to your stall on site and runs for the pop-up's dates only. Nothing is charged until a customer actually buys something — and you're paid out at the end of each day.
Stalls are limited and we allocate them — talk to us early.
| When a customer… | You're charged | They get |
|---|---|---|
| Redeems bXTRA Cashback | 2.5% convenience fee on the cashback you accept — the only fee on a redemption | Their food |
| Pays cash at a pop-up that runs cashback on cash |
5.25% of the sale | 2.5% back as bXTRA Cashback in their bXTRA Ph account |
| Pays cash at a pop-up that does not |
₱0 — nothing is charged on a plain cash sale | Their food. No cashback is earned. |
| Orders through PASUYO | ₱0 — with dedicated inventory allocated | Delivery up to 10 km |
Nothing hidden — it's two things, and the larger one goes straight back to your customer. There is no bXCODE convenience fee on a cash sale: that fee only applies when a customer redeems cashback. This applies only where the pop-up runs cashback on cash sales — which is the host community's decision, not yours and not stall by stall. It is the same for every stall in the market: where it is off, a cash sale costs you nothing and earns your customer nothing. You will be told which it is before you commit to a stall. Redemption is unaffected either way.
| Part | Rate | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| bXTRA Cashback (BCB) | 2.5% | Your customer's bXTRA Ph account |
| bXTRA Ph Loyalty transaction fee | 2.75% | The loyalty program — this is what funds the cashback |
| Total | 5.25% | Charged to the stall |
These are the pop-up's own terms, and they are lighter than bXTRA's standard store agreement — PASUYO delivery is free to you here because you allocate dedicated inventory for the platform.
Worked example — a redemption day
You accept ₱25,000 in bXTRA Cashback.
Convenience fee at 2.5% = ₱625.
You receive ₱24,375 at close of day.
Worked example — a cash day, at a pop-up that runs cashback
At a pop-up that runs cashback on cash, you take ₱25,000 in cash sales.
Charged at 5.25% = ₱1,312.50.
Of that, ₱625 goes to your customers as bXTRA Cashback — which they come back
and redeem with you.
At a pop-up where it is off, the same ₱25,000 cash day is charged ₱0 — and earns your customers nothing.
Full payment only · Not convertible to cash · No change given — Buong bayad lamang. Hindi mapapalitan ng pera. Walang sukli.
Trading on after the tents come down is a separate thing, not part of taking a stall. If you later want a permanent storefront on bXTRA PH, that is the full partner programme — look at it in your own time.
Your market. Your name.
Our engine underneath.
You bring the venue. We bring the market — including the stalls. We find and sign the food vendors, run the loyalty rail, the riders and the whole waste operation, all under your brand with a quiet "powered by bXTRA Ph Pop-up".
| You provide | We do |
|---|---|
|
The venue — the ground, access and power. The permits for the venue and the event. You know your LGU and your estate's rules; we give you whatever documentation you need from our side. |
Everything else. Finding and signing the stalls · the tents and layout · the bXTRA booth and staff · a bXCODE per stall · the MBE-C exchange booth · collection and proper disposal of food, residual and e-waste · PASUYO delivery · your event site · end-of-day settlement. |
You are not being asked to recruit vendors, run a waste contractor, or build a site. If you have the space and the crowd, that is the whole of your side.
Cashback & bXCODE
Participating stalls are each issued their own bXCODE, and shoppers redeem by scanning it. Whether a cash payment also earns cashback is your call — you set it for the whole market, and it then applies to every stall alike. Settlement runs end-of-day and we reconcile it.
PASUYO for Business
Food delivery, e-commerce and the last mile, on our own fleet. Your stalls reach 10 km past the tent, and shoppers order from several of them in one basket.
Trash to Cashback
The whole waste operation for the run — not a recycling booth bolted onto an event, and not a bin with a sticker on it. Recyclables are exchanged for points at the booth; food waste, ordinary residual waste and e-waste are collected and properly disposed of. Everything leaves properly — only the recyclables pay your visitors back.
Beyond the run, hosts can book collection from My Basurero — BEST, Inc.'s private waste collection arm — for household, garden and construction waste, with crews tracked and Environmental Points earned on the booking.
My Basurero runs at mybasurero.com.ph and in its own app — Android, iOS, or mybasurero.com.ph. Book a collection, see the crew, and earn Environmental Points on every pick-up.
MBE-C pop-up booth
Paper, plastic, metal, glass — in sorted, clean and dry, weighed, and out as Environmental Points that become cashback your visitors redeem at your stalls. Points are per kilogram, at rates posted at the booth.
People will come looking for you.
Hosting turns your venue into an MBE-C Pop-up — an exchange point on the My Basurero centre map, alongside the permanent centres across 117 cities. More than 68,000 eco warriors use that map to find somewhere to bring their recyclables. For the length of your run, that is your gate they walk through.
The programme calls itself "an incentivized segregation at source platform for multi-stakeholder participation", with "68,000+ strong eco warriors". See the MBE-C centre directory.
And your own event site
A page like this one, under your event's name and colours — included.
| Package | Shape | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Community | Smaller markets, short runs | Stall sourcing & vendor sign-up · bXTRA booth & staff · MBE-C booth · e-waste and food-waste collection · a bXCODE per stall · your event site · end-of-day settlement |
| Standard | Mid-size markets | Everything in Community, plus a dedicated PASUYO delivery zone |
| Festival | Large, multi-day | Everything in Standard, plus additional MBE-C booths, extended collection, and campaign support |
Packages are quoted per event — pricing follows the size and length of your run. Tell us what you're planning and we'll put a number on it.
Two ways to run one
- It's your event. You take a package above, quoted against the size and length of the run, and the market carries your name.
- Or we finance it. bXTRA Ph Pop-up funds the run end to end — your side stays the venue and its permits, and nothing is quoted to you.
Which one we can offer depends on the site and the dates. Tell us what you have and we will say which it is — we would rather be straight about that early than quote you for something we would have funded.
The market itself already ran the same four days last year, on the same ground, with the same crew.
The riders, the booth attendants and the settlement desk are staff, not a sub-contracted crowd hired for the weekend. The same people come back for the next run, which is most of why the second one is easier than the first.
The same exchange booth already runs as a pop-up at Megaworld estates — Uptown Bonifacio, Arcovia City and Newport — as well as Festival Mall and an MMDA pop-up. The programme is operated by BEST, Inc. and follows its five-stage flow: segregate, exchange, redeem, collect, recycle. All trademarks belong to their owners.
